na·ma·ste in love

[nuhm-uh-stey in luhv]

a mantra that states: I vow to stay in love; with myself, all others and life.

Our logo and name were designed with an abundance of love.

‘Namaste (nuhm-uh-stey) in love’ combines both tradition and a commitment to oneself.  Namaste is a greeting derived by Sanskrit, an ancient Indian language honoring where yoga originated.

Adding ‘in love’ tells a story of one vowing to greet all things from a space of love.  The mantra becomes:

I vow to stay in love; with myself, all others and life.

The AUM (OM) symbol is a sacred symbol that has many meanings but the one found in our logo is particularly close to the heart.  The effect of tweaking the symbol every so slightly to reflect a 32 and adding a heart honors Trisha’s brother who passed away.  Incorporating his beloved football number provides a daily reminder of his inspiration and guidance.

Each of us have a story;

one that belongs only to us.

Can you choose to stay in love?
