My greatest fear about going to yoga classes was that I would not be able to keep up. I have been pleasantly surprised to find that I am very comfortable in classes with people much more advanced than I am. Trisha’s classes are not about keeping up. Everyone is encouraged to move through the practice in a way that makes sense to their bodies. Trisha gives instructions and modifications that allow for each member of the class to participate at any level so I don’t feel like I’m falling behind or holding anyone back. My time on my mat is just for me. Thanks, Trisha!

Before coming to Namaste in Love, I had only been to yoga a couple of times. I immediately fell in love with the instructors first, and then the practice. Trisha (and all of the teachers) are friendly, patient and open to questions throughout the entire class. I used to be a gym rat and still am a runner, so I appreciate that the classes, especially Ashtanga, give me an amazing workout without the competitiveness and negative self-talk that I would experience in a gym. I am now a regular and love my community at Namaste in Love

I was looking for a small, intimate studio where I could really connect to the teachers and other students and this is exactly what I found. I love Namaste In Love yoga studio! It has such a friendly, intimate vibe. The teachers are very experienced and encouraging. I may be one of the oldest students but I never feel intimidated. We are encouraged to go at our own pace and celebrate our own accomplishments. I have not only improved my flexibility, balance and memory but have also gained so much confidence. I highly recommend giving this studio a try!

I had only practiced yoga a couple times before joining Namaste, but I needed to get back into it due to a knee injury. Trisha was amazing at helping me find alternative positions that worked for me, so I could heal and not cause anymore stress on my knee. Six months later, I am doing positions I never thought I would be able to do! I’m so happy Trisha opened her studio at Creekside, and cannot recommend Namaste enough!

I love John’s Stretch and Restore class! It has helped me really increase my flexibility, destress, and enjoy a little zen time in my normally hectic life. It’s appropriate for all levels and John is great in helping to modify a pose to make it work for your body. This is a really great little studio!

I absolutely love this little gem. All of the instructors I’ve had bring their own unique touches to their practice and the $5 Sundays all you to be exposed to new styles and instructor at each week! Cannot say enough good things about Trish and her studio. Amazing addition to Creekside and our Gahanna community!
